The location is perfect, making airport access incredibly convenient.

Great location for catching an early flight, just two quick train stops from the airport. The family room was surprisingly spacious and fun, especially with the Star Wars decor. Breakfast offered a decent spread. a major downside was the poorly written address, leading to a costly cab mix-up. Some staff members were unhelpful, and one major oversight was the connecting door in my daughter’s room, which made her feel unsafe. Despite the comfort of the bed, the room felt stuffy and lacked amenities like coffee-making facilities.

The bed was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a 7-hour drive from Bordeaux. Unfortunately, temperature control was an issue; it felt a bit warm. The bathroom could use some upgrades; the shower was small, and water splashed outside easily. Breakfast had a decent variety, particularly for early risers, with good quality options. The lack of room service and basic amenities like a kettle was noticeable, yet the overall comfort made it a pleasant stay.

The location was marvellous and brilliant for first time visitors to Roissy. My room was elegant and complete with great breakfast and queen sized bed, as example. I had really great experience and would come here again.

Staff were pleasant, going above and beyond by preparing breakfast early for us. navigating the shuttle service was confusing; Reception could improve – some staff were short-tempered. Room cleanliness was lacking. Found white powder in a corner. The tap needed excessive force, and the room felt dated. I've had better experiences at Ibis before. Potential for improvement is clear.

That's an amazing place when visiting Roissy-en-France for a short stay. The location is incredible and brilliant and the food is delicious! There is a great pizza restaurant. Spotless rooms, I would come here again.

It would have been convenient to have this amenity available, especially for travelers needing to freshen up their clothes before a flight. The heating in the room was sufficient, which was a plus considering the sometimes chilly temperatures in Paris. the air conditioning was lacking, making the room feel stuffy at times. It would have been more comfortable if there was a way to control the airflow or have a window that could be opened for better circulation. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. The soundproofed rooms also helped ensure a peaceful night's rest without disturbances from outside noise. Unfortunately, there was no terrace or sitting area in the room to relax and unwind. Having a designated space for this purpose would have enhanced the overall experience. The hotel staff provided room service and housekeeping, which was convenient. the dry cleaning and laundry services could be improved to better meet the needs of guests. The airport shuttle service was efficient and a great convenience for getting to and from the terminals. The free shuttle service helped make the travel experience smoother.

Lack of English channels, but not relevant

I booked a room that smelled like mold, and the damp carpet made it even worse. Trying to change rooms was a hassle, and I ended up wearing a mask all night. Such a frustrating experience!
